Book Launch and Ukrainian Support Evening 10 August 2023

This is the launch of a co-authored book by a Ukrainian, Katya Tokar, and myself, David Lewis from Scarborough; 'Twenty-Two Letters from Ukraine', plus a chat with Michael, an aid worker in Ukraine with an interesting story to tell and a need for all the support we can give to a lot of very needy babies and young children in the war zone.

Please do come along. We have decided to waive the ticket price but of course any donations you can give will be gratefully received.

ALSO: we are conducting a slightly unusual social media experiment: 'To the Power of Three.'

We are asking that you please consider sending this mail to three of your friends with the request that they might consider purchasing the on-line version of the book through either Amazon Kindle or Apple Books? The cost is £5 the proceeds of which are being used to further our ongoing support work in Ukraine.

We would like to raise a good amount to add to the £7,000+ we have already distributed to Ukraine through everyone's wonderful support since the war started.

As you may know we are also working now in Ukraine helping where we can.
